We offer contingency based searches as well contract and temporary staffing. Our recruiting methodology is founded on the notion that we will do things better. We recognize that having your internal resources cull a list of candidates and perform screenings and initial interviews is a waste of time and money. You may not even have the right people on board to help you determine if a candidate is representing themselves fairly and honestly. Our deep industry knowledge allows us to perform both technical and behavioral interviews before a candidate is presented to you.
